8. Right to Withdrawal

– The product must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition with its original
packaging. The cost of returning the product is at your expense.
– Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Products that are personalized or made to order are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

– For orders over €80, shipping is free.
– For orders below €80, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method.
– We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

– EU countries: 3–7 business days
– Non-EU countries: 7–14 business days
– Remote areas and islands: Delivery may take longer
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other unforeseen delays. We work with reliable courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the best available shipping option. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
For international orders outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your country's regulations.

All products purchased on boatasy.com come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
